CoAsia CM CEO and Executives Purchase Company Shares, Demonstrating Commitment to Responsible Management

Date 2026.07.09

CoAsia CM (KOSDAQ: 196450), an advanced optical solutions company, announced that its CEO and senior executives have consecutively purchased company shares, demonstrating their commitment to responsible management and enhancing shareholder value.

According to filings with Korea's Financial Supervisory Service, the CEO and six executives each acquired 10,000 shares of the company's common stock through open-market purchases.

The share purchases are particularly meaningful as the company's top management, including the CEO, has demonstrated confidence in CoAsia CM's future growth prospects and its commitment to enhancing shareholder value through direct investment.

The company has also been actively implementing various initiatives to enhance corporate value. In June, its Board of Directors approved a one-for-five share consolidation to improve trading stability and market credibility. Subsequently, shareholders approved the transfer of approximately KRW 90.2 billion from capital surplus to retained earnings at an extraordinary general meeting, further strengthening the company's financial structure and establishing a foundation for long-term shareholder returns.

CoAsia CM continues to strengthen its core business competitiveness. Through a product portfolio focused on premium optical lenses, enhanced manufacturing efficiency, and improved production yields, the company has steadily improved profitability. Following its return to profitability last year, CoAsia CM has now recorded five consecutive quarters of operating profit through the first quarter of this year, establishing a stable earnings foundation.

The company is also accelerating efforts to secure future growth drivers. By developing Time-of-Flight (ToF)-based 3D sensing camera modules and Physical AI depth camera solutions, CoAsia CM is expanding into next-generation optical markets, including robotics, AI vision, and smart automation, further enhancing its long-term growth potential.
